Phone Orders:

*Your phone number will be used as your tracking number. Use your 10 digit phone number in the box below, with no dashes or spaces: 5555555555. Then click the button that says 'Track This Package'.

PayPal:

**If you ordered on PayPal we probably did not get your phone number. In instances where we have no phone number, your name will be used as your tracking number.  The name you provided to ship to will be used as the tracking name.  The last name is listed first, followed by the first name.  Thus, "John Public" becomes "Public, John". The comma and space between the two names is required to successfully look up your tracking number.

If you are not sure whether we used a phone number or your name, try your phone number first, if it does not work then use your name.

After a payment clears, orders are shipped as soon as possible. With credit card orders, that usually means same day shipping. If a credit card order is placed too late to ship the same day, it will be shipped the next. Checks, including e-checks at Pay Pal, and money orders, must clear before we ship.

Occasionally shipping is delayed due to a part being out of stock and it having to be built, or we may have to drop-shipped it from a different location.

In any case, tracking is not available until the next business day after a package is shipped. If we ship on Tuesday, it will be available on Wednesday. If we ship on Friday, it will be available on Monday.

If you have a question about your order, do not call us. All questions should be e-mailed to Tracking@Strutmasters.Com. Tracking is not handled by Customer Service. We have a separate department to deal with customer tracking issues. If you call our office, the people will not be able to help you and they will refer you to the email address. Your e-mail will be answered the same or next day, depending on the time that you sent it.

Email the complete information about your order, your name, address, phone number, date of order, what was ordered and how you paid. Also, explain your shipping problem. If all you need is a tracking number then make sure that you include the name/business that you are having it shipped to. This will help us help you faster.

Our staff is always working on new products, so even if you do not see your car listed, check with our Techman anyway because he may well have just what you need ready to go. Our tech staff is also available for any questions you may have, and to assist you with any problems you may have in installing your purchase.
